What happens when you strip back your understanding of the 26+2 practice and rebuild your relationship with it on a foundation of principles rooted in awareness, simplicity, self-enquiry, honesty and integrity?
This two-day seminar distils the knowledge of our 39yrs of teaching the 26+2 series into a transformational workshop that is relevant for all levels of interest and practice in 26+2, from complete beginners through to the most enthusiastic and committed students and teachers. In it, we offer a fresh perspective on the practice, unique insights into posture technique and a shift in approach that conveys what is the most important aspect of our time on the mat: Who we are when we are practising yoga.
Day 1
11.30am -- 2hr Masterclass (n.b. length of class is not indicative of intensity!)
1.30pm -- 30 min break
2pm -- 3hr Workshop: Establish a Foundation (non-heated)
Here, we set the scene with focus on foundational principles of the practice including overarching technique, approach, attitude and breath awareness that will completely transform your relationship with the 26+2 series.
Day 2
11.30am -- 2hr Masterclass
1.30pm -- 30 min break
2pm -- 3hr Workshop: Deconstruct to Reconstruct (non-heated)
An opportunity to put all of the principles from Day 1 into practice. Expect to deconstruct postures, learn about the how and why, and reconstruct in a way that leads to a lifelong practice that is sustainable and forever interesting, insightful and fun!
