This class is for those of you who are serious about your 26+2 practice! This is the ‘original’ – the full-format, two-sets-of-everything 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises otherwise known as Bikram Yoga or Ghosh Yoga.
Kristin teaches this class with less demonstration than usual, and greater focus on individual postures, helping you to fine-tune your technique and deepen your understanding of the practice and postures you know and love. The only thing missing is the heat – we leave that up to you!
Suitable for all levels, however no first-timers, please.
