The best way to start your day! Work out the aches, boost your energy, and bring balance to your body and mind through mindful movement, dynamic flow and Pranayama breath work. This class is suitable for all levels of practice and is a gentler version of the Hatha Flow class. It offers a traditional morning flow-based practice for long-term yogis as well as an opportunity for beginners to learn the basics of many of the classic Hatha yoga postures, such as upward- and downward-facing dog, and variations of plank, lunges and warriors.
