Otherwise known as Hot26 or the original Bikram Yoga Series, this is a series of 26 accessible and therapeutic postures and two breathing exercises, practised in the same sequence each class, and normally practised in the heat. Whether you are looking to increase strength and flexibility, improve balance, heal an injury, reduce stress or simply create space for yourself, this is the perfect dose of yoga medicine! Note that there are no weight-bearing postures (eg. planks, downdogs) or deep inversions (eg. headstands/handstands) in this series – and it is therefore suitable for all bodies, including those with wrist/elbow/shoulder issues. 
In the 90 minute class, we practice two sets of the postures and breathing exercises.

At the end of the 90min 26+2 we go straight into a 30min Yoga Nidra.

Students are welcome to attend any section of this 2hr class. You can join us just for the Yoga Nidra if you like (about 90min into the class) or you can join for the floor series (about 55mins into the class) plus Yoga Nidra.
