Get on your hands! Hatha Flow is a fun and dynamic class for anyone who is looking to increase range of motion and improve strength, stability and stamina. Each class is slightly different, but always includes lunges, downdogs, planks, twists, backbends and inversions. This class is the perfect complement to the Beginner's Hatha Series and all other forms of exercise. Be prepared to try new things!
