Helen's NEW Wednesday class is a whole new level of physical and mental/emotional rest and decompression. This one-hour class incorporates elements of Slow Therapeutic Flow, as well as longer-held Yin postures alongside Pranayama (breath work) and Yoga Nidra (conscious sleep). It is a class that is suitable for all levels of practice. Grab your cushions or blocks if you choose (not required) and a blanket for Yoga Nidra.
