Otherwise known as Hot26 or the original Bikram Yoga Series, this is a series of 26 accessible and therapeutic postures and two breathing exercises, practised in the same sequence each class, and normally practised in the heat. Whether you are looking to increase strength and flexibility, improve balance, heal an injury, reduce stress or simply create space for yourself, this is the perfect dose of yoga medicine! Note that there are no weight-bearing postures (eg. planks, downward dogs) or deep inversions (eg. headstands/handstands) in this series – and it is therefore suitable for all bodies, including those with wrist/elbow/shoulder issues.  
In the 60 minute class, we practice one set of the postures and breathing exercises.
